So, I took a hour out of my day to watch the Sonic 2 race between HyperSonic7701, MastaKirby, and SuperChris. I’m watching the race from HyperSonic7701’s channel.
So, at first, the gang was just learning what to do. then came race time or time to race. And my god. I have never seen such a trainwreck. This is why it is best to be ready before hand. cause this was a hour of trying to get SuperChris logged in and it was quite the mess and very painful to watch.
I should make it clear that I use Hexchat, which is a bit weird for me to learn after not using it as much. but I always have my password saved where it is safe, so I don’t run into this hassle or remembering my password and holding up the group.
Oh man, playing Sonic Robo Blast 2 kart with MastaKirby, HyperSonic7701, Zombie (Zomb1esmasher15) Of course to play SRB2K, we had to do a race for Sonic Advance 3 and that was a ok. it was not fun. But Tigre didn’t forfeit this race so that’s good
Playing SRB2K while streaming it was fun, I even got raided by some streamer I never met or watch, which was cool. We had a lot of laughs, crazy games, interesting conversations and me just annoying Zombie in SRB2 and getting this bloody scream you hear in horror movies from the 90’s XD
Here one of the highlights where Zombie knocks Kirby off the stage and allowed me to take first place which before that, he had his, umm. “Crazy anime laugh” Moment. He got light-headed after. It was fun games around. Thank you Zombie. :3
Hey hey. Back with another SRB2 Kart video. Part 3. Some races that we did in the 24/7 vanilla servers and it was fun with me, hypersonic7701, and mastakirby. Not to mention we had a 6 Hour stream and that was a blast. The stream did drop once but overall was a good time.
SRB2Kart feels like a game I can play with friends, without it getting serious or way too fucking competitive for my blood. When a game with friends goes from fun to serious or competitive.. It ruins my vibes and that’s why I don’t like playing SRB2 anymore. Sorry, it’s not fun anymore, to me anyway. lol, no one likes ask me these, so may as well say it myself
But at least, SRB2 Kart is not ruined for me, yet but I have more fun with this. No one tries to take the game serious..
And a shame drax doesn’t like playing SRB2K or no longer want to play. But.. Oh well. There is still the online servers in SRB2Kart.
Might just leave the server, with SRB2Kart and Sonic Battle R seeming dead in drax’s server, I see no point of me being there. I don’t see a point to a lot of these groups or servers that get made but never used. Kinda stupid but hey, as I been told before. “Don’t stay here if you don’t like it.”

So, as the Title says, I had a interesting talk with HyperSonic7701 during his livestream on Twitch and said he saw my blog about stop being competitive felt sad that from the things I said on my blog that he was responsible for me not being competitive anymore.
And being put on the spot, I had no way or rather not enough time to give a full answer other then short answers so let’s break this down but before that. Let’s get this out the way, HyperSonic7701 is not a bad guy, bit of a asshole, sure but he is anything but a bad guy, he is my friend / associate. He’s Just a guy who loves competition a little too much. This is not a witchhunt
I have never been fond of being competitive even, back then before I met hyper and his friends. I made a post on this here but it is missing a few more details.
So, let’s start. Before the days of knowing speedruns and speedrunners, I had always seen people who be competitive to be very toxic but was not too far off back then, huh. Which was a thing that really kept me away from being competitive. Which was a good thing.
So, Sonic 4. It was an interesting* game.. I know a person who is a Sonic 4 Apologist and I should share my thoughts on the game
It’s funny. Before I met HyperSonic7701, I somewhat liked Sonic 4. Hell, I had it on X360 (Xbox360) and completed Sonic 4 to 100% and later, I got it on PS3? I had Episode 2 on PS3 before my brothers broke it.
But for the most part, I did enjoy Sonic 4 because it was just me and the game. There was no competitive players in my mind. It was just me, my open mind, and Sonic 4 part one.
After meeting hyper and seeing how competitive he is, it deff makes me not want to play Sonic 4, it turned me off from the game.
But let’s talk about the hate* The game gets because I strongly disagree with him.
So, HyperSonic7701 and MastaKirby had a idea to race Sonic 2 as Sonic then race Sonic 2 Knuckles and later Knuckles’ Chaotix. Let’s talk about the shit fest shall we?

It was fine. It was pretty fine since I don’t run or play Sonic 2 that much It was not that bad

It was fine when Knuckles became a problem. Jump height was a issue and Death egg as knuckles was awful..

It’s time again for a fun post and an interesting topic from me,
OnyChaos. Why I am no longer competitive or why I stopped being
competitive. Well, let’s see in the old days of CyberScore or when
I joined the competitive side of Cyberscore or gaming, for me was
fun. It was about being better while having fun, you know?
Here the thing. Me
and my friends. Auto and Shiny. We are competitive in smash but we
have fun at the end of the day because having fun is better then
trying to out do someone in a vidya game. And I am fine with people
being competitive but most of the time the environment is toxic and
by proxy it keeps me from playing with other friends.
But being competitive seems to be such a serious thing that some forget what fun is or rather the only fun is beating the other players or fun being wasting hours, days on a game to beat the score by another user that has long since stopped playing.
One of many highlights from Mastakirby’s stream and sonic robo blast 2 Kart room that was full of close matches, heated matches and the fated ties. Like SRB2 Kart is fun but it’s much more fun with. Here in Virtual Highway, you can see said tie in action.
Fun things is that we spent so much time to find a room that was empty in order to play together but every SRB2Kart in game server was full or one got in.but got to a point that we were better off with mastakirby making his own server..
But even that server started to fill up. Though these people were laggy as fuck but after that, it was fun but chaos. From HyperSonic7701′s traps to Mastakirby and his bait of coming out of nowhere. Like, what the fuck

Did a stream last night and damn, it was a fun run during the SRB2 Kart section and fun times were had.and i will post a video here of a highlight one of the races

Long time, no see. It has been a while again. I figured I would make this into a post. There are Tangents in this post. :P
So HyperSonic7701 has suggest that I play Duel Links on Stream so he and others could see how I play or do things in Duel Links. Sounds silly. Me of all people asked to stream duel Links
But the lad was serious, and I have to say that I had no plans on playing Duels Links, let alone playing it on stream. I should give “better” reasons.
With my friends being Yu-Gi-Oh fans, some more than others… People are into duel links or some. I don’t play Duel Links religiously or as my friends do. Just because I play a game doesn’t mean I love it. It’s a thing in this group I don’t like. It’s something that ran it’s course and it’s annoying… Got off-topic here. On to the reasons.
I am never fond of playing games I don’t like
I don’t like playing cards, and even less when I play them on stream. My relationship with Duel Links has been on the rocks and streaming it would either show me a new side to the game or ruin any hope of playing the game in the future.
Being shy when playing games out of my comfort zone
Playing games out of my comfort zone is weird or has been weird. Playing new games on stream is awkward for me. Having a call would normally work if I can bounce off of someone in a call or it will be a waste.
For me, Duel Links boring to me to play.
Right now, Duel Links is in the same boat as Pangya. Playing with friends is a mixed bag. It’s not as fun to play with friends, that is sure
So, I will humor this Idea..Maybe, but If I do this, it will be one off stream. Again, not a fan of cards games, even less so when I stream them.. I will do this with a friend who speaks in call or solo stream it and see what happens.
I really do not see any appeal to me streaming Duel Links is the reason I never streamed it in the first place. Will give this a go, I guess.
Random Tangent
I get told I will be the “Next king of games”, and seeing my friends climb the ranks to be KOG. It has showed me that I have no interest in rank nor do I care. If like wasting your time in rank. Have fun. I don’t care for rank. The more I get pushed to do something I don’t like, the more I will not do it.
Another Tangent
The only reason I have not uninstall Duel Links yet is cause I have some friends on there and we “play” Friend Duels but even those are starting to be less fun, and I’m not going to invest any more time into this game. It will get the bare minimum of time from me.
Enough with tangents. We will see what happens if I do the one off stream of Duel Links in the coming months or not. What a weird post this was. Part tangent and part post.
So, I have been told that Sonic Speed R is making it’s rounds this October. Normally, I am against the Sonic Speed R, but it seems the one time, they are not trying to show off. They have a prize that is a $20 Steam card that you can “win”
By “win” There is a catch here. You need to join the races or most of them to enter a prize pool to have a “chance” at winning. I will “attempt” to try to beat most games, If I have the time to join them. I will join games that are in my skill range.
As, for me, I will be joining the races to race HyperSonic7701 for fun. Shoot the shit, and racing games, I may have. It will a overall, good time. And if you wanna join or watch. The date is October 13th to the 19th.
