Discord Server update log.

It is time to make a big discord log of changes, and I got a lot of updates for the server. Enough stalling here. Let’s get on with the changes I got planned here.

Server Roles

I will list all of them and new ones. And I will list what each role does and what not.

@Everybody. does nothing. This is a role that can’t be removed.

@members. You get access to the server and all the stuff within. Below are the following features.

1. access to most of the server.
2. access to voice calls and can Livestream in calls.
3. an active member of the server
4. You can boop and play. And join certain events or game nights.

An addon to member’s role, if you are active.

@member level 1 – you get a chance to win a prize via a giveaway

@member level 2

@member level 3

@member level 4

@member level 5 – You get a chance to win 3 things or lose 3 things + you get to help with stuff

My discord server

So, I figured it was time to make this post. It has been a while since I made a post about my discord server, and I feel it is time to do that. So this is going to be talking about my discord server.

I wanted to mention my server since it is still “new.” And the server is private, and the means to join is by a link or code. The point of my discord server is to create a hang out for my friends. And a place to host my games.

If you proceed to join, it’s not all that active, so if you join my server thinking you will find a very active community, I’m sorry, but you won’t find that here. You will find a small server I made for chatting, video games, and other stuff.

Who can join? Anyone can join. As long as you are not an asshole or problematic, you will do fine in the discord server. If you choose to join, and again, it’s for friends of mine. Those who want to enter since they stay longer whereas random users up and leave.

I have rules in the server, but those rules are more or less a work in progress. They will change at a later date. Rules are just there to keep things in check and to help stop issues or delay them.

Oh, where was I? Ah, yes. My discord server is about anime, games, blogging. For anime, when I get a large group of users. We will most likely stream anime on the server on some nights. And with video games where we can talk about games or race them. And with blogging, sharing blog posts in the server and for others to see or read.

BLU thoughts

So, I made my post on ThunderCry. And may as well talk about [BLU], the Elsword guild, and discord server. Ah, so. Let’s set the scene, shall we? When I was still in ThunderCry with Shaive. I noticed the lad had an alt character in [BLU] wasn’t sure if it was his main or not. I never ask him about [BLU], but I only heard whispers of this guild in the past.

One of the whispers was that [BLU] is a whale guild, and it was one of the guilds that were close to max level. And of course, after playing Elsword for a good while. I met elitists, who were whales and being me. I assume that [BLU] was going to be a whale guild that was full of elitists that were whales, and your only way to get in was to be a whale as well.

But that was not the case. Shocking, it is funny. Shaive happened to be on Elsword and not AFK. That’s when he offered to invite me to [BLU] Which I was still taking a break from the in-game guilds, and I wasn’t all too fond of joining [Blu] after leaving ThunderCry on my terms because it felt weird to join another guild behind the backs of ThunderCry.

And I felt like If I said no, I probably would not have another chance to join [BLU]^_TM, But at the same time, everyone pretty much abandoned ThunderCry.

ThunderCry

It is funny. I remember when I made some posts on elsword guilds and talking about how I first joined ThunderCry. Crazy how time flies, huh?

It is time I make a post about ThunderCry and how it is doing. Since the discord server and guild have fallen from grace, in my opinion. The discord server is not gone by any means. But those that were in the discord were either kicked from the server. Left the discord server on their own or cut off all connections from the guild members.

I’m still in the guild server because I made good friends there, and I have a place to talk to friends and play games with friends. When did it all fall apart? At least in my eyes, it started to fall apart after a few key members left. Thundercry is a shell of its former self.

But I guess before I get ahead of myself, I should set the scene and explain what is ThunderCry about, so you will have some idea of what I’m talking about here.

Thinking of opening a new discord server

So I made a new discord server. But the thing is, I’m not sure if I should open it up for use. I had an ex server but, I deleted that one. So what I plan to do is, give it some time, update the server, add stuff and changes, and maybe open it up.

I made many discord servers and closed a lot of discord servers. I like having discord servers but there no point in adding people who never talk. If I open this server up, it will be for users that plan on talking or a few friends.

This server will be a gaming / hang out for my friends to play games. I will add random strangers, but it will be for friends. I don’t know who will join but, if I make my server open, you will see a link in my WordPress sidebar.

If you wish to join this server, there will be a link you can click on, but the server will have roles that you will need to chat or use the server. It can help weed out the trolls or assholes or bots.

I will have something for everyone. Twitch users have their room, Twitter users have their area, and WordPress users have their place. That’s the plan at the moment.
