The time is near. 2017 was a pretty bad year, petty friends drama, more drama and getting back-stabbed… But late or near the end of the year, things started to pick up, till personal life issues came into play but the end was an ok year.
So, the question is, what is in store for 2018 and me? A lot of new changes. “big changes” Let’s start, shall we?
1 A new me
Gonna focus on the important things in my life.
Friends, family, life, girlfriend, blogging, making games, and let’s plays.
Two months have passed since Dr.Robotnik / Eggman tried to take over the world from his new base, the ring satellite found in space.
Eggman had plans on draining the rings from the planet to keep Sonic at bay. But that plan fell through when Sonic burst into the base to stop him in his tracks.
Sonic, after stopping Eggman’s latest plan, figured that would be the end of his mad plans, but Sonic was wrong as Eggman had planned to return to get his revenge with a new threat and plan in store.
While Eggman is planning, a strange asteroid started hovering around the planet, Eggman, mad at the heroes he curses, plans on making them all.
(Sonic was the only one there…)
The strange asteroid was picked up by Eggman’s scanner, seeing this he shrugged it of as it could have been any rock but later on, he had an idea to use the energy stored within the rock for his latest plan to turn it into a new base to make all that stand against him, beg for mercy.
Eggman, using his new weapon/base targets Greenflower City to show Sonic, he has the power to do what he wants. Sonic is too late to do anything to save the city, Eggman comes to gloat one last time before putting his plan into action.
Sonic and Tails give chase to put a stop to Eggman’s plans and our game begins
Sonic Robo Blast 2 or SRB2 is a Sonic Fangame that goes back to the classic roots of Sonic, using a modified version of the Doom Legacy engine
It’s an FPS but without guns, it works really well. You have your main 3 heroes. Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles who all play different, akin to “Sonic 3 & Knuckles”
One new feature to Sonic’s Moveset is the “speedthok” that will send Sonic at high-speeds.
I should talk about the characters and the level difficulty. Sonic is the hard mode, you are fast and quick, but control is something you need to earn.
With Sonic, there is no safety net to catch you if you make a platforming mistake or mistakes
You have speed, and skill on your side.
Tails is the slowest one, while speed is not on your side, you have full control of your character, even while going fast.
Knuckles is faster than Tails but not as fast as Sonic, Knuckles has a low jump like in the classic games but like the classic games, you can climb walls, and glide
You have 7 zones and the final zone. This is version 2.1.19 that I am using
There are stages that level themes akin to the classic games
There are emerald tokens that will warp the player to a special stage that plays akin to “Nights into dreams”
You have the Green Hill themed like stage. all green and full of life, water flowing flowers dancing. For a place that has been wiped out. Greenflower zone looks nice
You have a chemical plant themed stage. Techno Hill, the area outside Greenflower has been turned into a toxic mechanical factory that is pumping out toxic slime.
You have your water-themed zone. Deep Sea, your underground labyrinth with hidden ruins, and flowing waters that lead into a deeper underground labyrinth.
Castle Eggman is one of Eggman’s castle, guarded by his robots, and full of traps to keep you on edge.
Arid Canyon is an open level that has been taken over by Eggman. Hot oil and deep canyons, using Rope pulleys to cross the deep canyons
Red Volcano is your lava/fire stage that is ready to blow. Lava rising and lowering, and falling platforms.
Egg rock, the final zone and the last wall of Eggman’s defense. Low gravity, anti-gravity, and crushers. This stage will test your platforming skills with Metal Sonic.
Egg Rock Core zone, the final fight. It’s you and Eggman.
The game difficulty is based on how well you can control the character, using Sonic for the first time is going to be hard, whereas using Tails or Knuckles may offer a better playing experience.
SRB2 or Sonic Robo Blast 2 is a fun game, I say it’s pretty stable, the game is still being worked on still.
My issue with the game is the learning curve, for players who played SRB2 to death, this is no issue but to a new player, this is a huge turn-off, and may even turn players away from the game.
I had a few deaths in SRB2 that felt cheap (Questionable) But for the most part, it went well
I didn’t bring this up, but SRB2 has online and a big community of modders and the online is fun when you can get things going without resyncs.
But overall, SRB2 is a fun fan game that does a good job of bringing the classic heroes to 3D well. If you love Sonic and 3D platformers and doom like controls, SRB2 may be for you. if you don’t like doom like controls or 3D platformers but like Sonic. Give SRB2 a try, it’s free, and you may be surprised what this game has to offer
Pantufa the Cat DX is a Sonic Rom hack that has been made into it’s own game. A platformer of sorts. I would say this is more of an fan game than a rom hack. But nevertheless, it’s a rom hack of Sonic the hedgehog 1, and it adds new things to spice things up.
What does Pantufa the Cat DX have to offer players? Trial and error platforming, now this is not so bad, games like cuphead, Wings of vi, and I wanna be the boshy, all have this trial and error theme. It’s in place so some players can’t “hold” Right to win, much like the Sonic games of late. There’s no challenge there in Sonic games, it’s too simple, and has made some players “soft” when a game offers a real challenge, akin to cuphead, wings of vi. They hate it.
Pantufa the cat offers some good platforming challenge for you to enjoy. play as Pantufa the Cat, and visit the 6 brand new zones with new layouts, new set pieces, and new traps.
Duck hunt dog has turned rouge with his super powered NES, and he is hell bent on taking out Pantufa, it seems but Pantufa has something to say about that.
New to this game is a new move. The parry Jump that allows Pantufa to avoid damage for a few seconds and the new “Infinity shield” that keeps the player safe from everything apart from getting crush..
There is no lives, given the fact that it running with the trial and error theme, and there is a health bar that the player has. It can be re-filled by breaking a monitor with a paw icon or collecting 20 coings will also re-fill part of your health
I guess the only issues I have with this game is that, Hazards and enemies seem to be place in spots where you have no way to react in time. Checkpoints in the later levels are far off, to a point where they are near the end of the stage or boss but that is fair, since it is late game, things ramp up.
Some hazards seem to have a wider hurtbox and there were un-fair deaths, and the game seems to have slowdown when respawning at a checkpoint but these are nitpicks.
The whole trial and error in a Sonic game is a turn off for some.
Overall, Pantufa the Cat DX left a somewhat pleasing feeling after beating a hard game that offered a real challenge and the feeling of overcoming it was even better. I went into this game having very low and mixed feeling towards the game but after playing it, I was wrong, and I’m glad.
Pantufa the Cat DX is the reason why gamers need games like this, When there is a real challenge that the player can’t beat, they forfeit or give up because it’s not easy. Gamers today have gotten weak and soft. If you can hold right, then that is the challenge that THEY want but DON’T need.
Pantufa the Cat DX is a decent platformer that offers a consistent challenge through out the game, and fun can be had here. The game rewards skilled play, instead of speed. As I said, Pantufa the Cat DX is a decent platformer, that is, if, you go into this game knowing that it’s not a sonic game then you will have a better time. If, you go into thinking it is going to be a Sonic game, you are not going to have a fun time.
It’s far from perfect, but if you love trial and error-like games, and like a good platformer with Challenge, Pantufa the Cat DX should suit your needs.
Sonic The Hedgehog Spinball opens up with the game showing off Dr.Robotnik new base, “Veg-O-Fortress” The base of Dr.Robotnik’s robo operations, and much more. Our heroes, Sonic and Tails catch wind of the news, and set out to stop and shut down Dr.Robotnik’s base.
But as they get close to the “Veg-O-Fortress” Sonic and Tails get shot down before they can do anything, Sonic jumps into the water, under the base which allows him to sneak in with Robotnik assuming he got rid of Sonic. Tails flies off to repair the plane. While Sonic is inside. he must deal with the traps, robots, saving others and animals from being roboticized, and dealing with the “Veg-O-Fortress” Pinball defense system in order to get to DR.Robotnik to stop him in his tracks.
After working his way up from Toxic Caves to the machine, Dr.Robotnik finds out that Sonic is alive, and close to stopping him. He takes off in his spaceship to escape Sonic but Sonic managed to catch up and have his “final” battle with Dr.Robotnik and ending the game as Sonic and Tails fly away as Dr.Robotnik blows up in his base.
Fun fact. Sonic spinball has characters based on the Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog show.
With the story out of the way, it’s time to talk about the game itself. Sonic The hedgehog Spinball, is a pinball based game that has more focus on Pinball than platforming, more often then not, you will be at the mercy of each table and the gimmicks you must use to get the chaos emeralds to open up the boss room.
With this being a spin-off game, Sonic’s ground control is very basic but Sonic’s main control focus has been placed into Pinball controls, and for the most part, they work well enough to get the job done.
The game has 4 stages, I should talk about them. Might be a good idea.
Toxic caves is the first stage. Our cave-like sewers themed stage
The main gimmick of this stage is the minecart, It is used to get the other emeralds.
I feel that Toxic caves is a pretty okay first stage to help the player get used to the controls and learn of the game’s “cause and effect” This will get the player ready for the later stages.
As the name says, “Toxic caves” is a cave filled with toxic waste, Barrels full of toxic waste, and mutated animals affected by the waste
When starting off, Sonic is at the base of Veg-O-Fortress where you must uncork the drain to open pipes that block access to the second level where the toxic waste lies with a empty Barrel that is used to get a Emerald
However, should the player get all the emeralds in Toxic caves, the boss room will be open, and the only time this happens is Toxic Caves, the barrel in the toxic waste will be moving, in a sense, removing a “safety net”
Toxic caves has non-linear ways on how you can get to the top, from clearing out pipes that are blocked with barrels holding toxic waste or using a worm loops to get to the top.
Getting to the boss room, you are up against Scorpius, a easy first boss. It will shoot or rather, drip out toxic smile to knock you back. Just jump inside to damage Scorpius and that is the fight really.
After beating the first Table, it’s off to the bonus table, where you can save SATAM characters from Dr.Robotnik’s capsules. Again, “Cause and effect” is the game here. Free all the friends to be able to damage Dr.Robotnik
If, you win or lose, you will still head off to the second stage “Lava Powerhouse”
Lava Powerhouse is the second stage.
Our Lava / fire themed stage
Off the bat, the first table in lava powerhouse offers no safe area to stand on. There are 3 ways to get to the top table. Bust open the door by using Sonic, Using the cannon to launch at the door, hitting the 4 Targets to skip the first room or try to get past the enemy above the cannon.
For the most part, you will be breaking corks and using Steam to get the emeralds.
Once you get all the emeralds, you will face the “Roboiler” A somewhat pretty fair boss. You goal is to get inside the roboiler to attack the heads. Each head takes 5 hits.
You also have steam acting as a make-shift barrier to keep you from getting inside, and the steam powered platforms that will drop you if you don’t jump inside.
The Roboiler has some strong knockback, where if you hit the heads, Sonic will fly out
The only real danger is falling down the center of the Boss area, which will trigger a mini game to escape the lava, however, this can be done 2 or 3 times before the chain breaks.
But The Roboiler and Lava Powerhouse offers a fair challenge
After beating a boss, you are given a chance at a bonus game again. After Lava Powerhouse is a bonus stage, where you must hit the odd looking Dr.Robotnik’s teeth before you can clear the bonus stage.
After clearing the bonus stage, the next stage is “The Machine”
Here is where things start ramping up with “The Machine” Now there are 5 emeralds, and “cause and effect” has a “bigger” role here. Once you start the stage. there are new gimmicks here. power chambers and flipper catch
There are moving wheels that hold a emerald, and to get said emerald, you must use the power chamber to stop a moving wheel to allow Sonic to get the emerald.
For the flipper catch, you have to hold Sonic with the flipper, and you will go up. With this flipper catch you need to use it to get a emerald hidden in a chamber.
The only real danger is the gears at the start of the “The Machine” Once you get higher up you will be fine.
Once you get all the emeralds, you will find the boss “Veg-O Machine” And power for Veg-O-Fortress. To take it out, you must destroy the tubes connected to the Veg-O-Machine in order to take out the boss
Once you have Done that. All you must do is go inside the Veg-O-Machine to destroy it.
And Like always but however, this is the “last” bonus stage that features A capsule, and Scratch from the AOSTH. To win, you need to get rid of the Scratch’s clones and break open the capsule to win.
A cut-scene is showed after the bonus stage, Dr.Robotnik is getting away and it leads up to showdown…
Showdown is the last stage
Showdown is a lava themed based level
No gimmicks to get emeralds. Showdown is all “cause and effect”. To go here, you must active this, To get this emerald, you must hit these switches to destroy blocks blocking the emerald. The game spikes in difficulty is high
2 of the 5 emeralds work on cause and effect
Showdown, is the stage where you will game over or come close to a game over. Mainly due to knock back from the table’s bumpers
But after getting all the emeralds, it’s the final fight with Dr.Robotnik but it’s a easy one but all of them are easy if, I’m being honest.
Dr.Robotnik needs 10 hits to take out but he has socks and claws blocking the way. Lucky for us, there is a huge button that disables his “traps” And 10 hits later, Dr.Robotnik is done
Sonic is saved by Tails and they escape while Dr.Robotnik meets the lava.
I should talk about rings.
Rings, as you no doubt seen. This game has rings, what do they do? Nothing special. If, you collect all the rings in a stage, you unlock another Bonus Stage to play. It has no relevance here for this “revisit”
Sonic The Hedgehog Spinball, is your ok Sonic spin-off game that gets the job done. While I didn’t run into issues I had with the game before. Pinball is not my cup of tea. And spinball is a ok pinball game, and there are much better pinball games to play
Showdown does still have it’s issues and I feel that Sonic was not meant to be a “pinball” due to how fast he goes, that sometimes, you will clip into a area sooner then planned or fall through the flippers.
I have mixed feeling about Sonic Spinball. The game has “good ideas” that work on paper but feels rushed or is was rushed. But I will try to leave this on a good note.
I do love the AOSTH and SATAM throwbacks and the art style but the music is not too bad.
Do you like Pinball and Sonic?
If so, this may be the game for you. It’s the best of both worlds
Only like Pinball but don’t care for Sonic?
Then it may not be a fun game for you. :P
Just don’t like either?
No point in getting it.
Again, I’m no pinball lover, and Sonic Spinball does not do it for me. It’s a ok game that gets the job done.
If you want to pick up Spinball for yourself or a friend, just go here and give someone the best/worst gift for Xmas for 5 bucks. Wait till it goes on sale, it’s not worth 5 bucks, maybe 3 bucks at best, for the lack of content.
Sonic spinball at best is a okay game to play, and at it’s worst is an unfinished Sonic spin-off game that leaves a lot to be desired, and it’s lack of content.
So, I want to give my two cents on this “fan game”, and all the heat, and controversy, that it is getting has been earned.
So the question here is…
Q: What is Sonic Gather Battle?
Sonic Gather Battle or SGB, for short, is a Sonic Battle / Smash brothers clone, It’s a 2D fighting game in Simple terms. You can play as Sonic, Mario, Megaman. This is a crossover “fan game” akin to “Super Smash flash”
But from what I seen. It plays like a action adventure fighting game. A mixed of the two game styles.
So, now that you got a idea of what type of game this is, I can bring you the info, to why this “fan game” has got a lot of heat.
This “game” has come underfire for adding an “DRM” to it, to keep players from cheating online or in single player.
But the real reason is to protect “custom sprites edits” from being “stolen” from this “fan game” That is a awful reason to add DRM.. Sonic Mania had DRM, and that went poorly. And Sonic 2 HD (No, not the 2017 build / demo) that LOst worked on. That tire fire went downhill, seems people don’t learn…
Sonic Gather Battle DRM is a virus or Trojan.
One, this fan game will try to attempt to give itself administrative-level privileges. The fact that this “fan game” has the nerve to try to give itself administrative-level privileges is down right sick.
A fan game or a game SHOULD never need administrative-level privileges in anyway. If, a game needs administrative-level privileges, it means trouble.
What does this Sonic Gather Battle DRM do?
The DRM will look for the the keyword “cheating” or “cheat” and kill the windows with those keywords. “Doesn’t sound so bad” But jimmy, it gets worst. how it knows what you are using. It is spying or rather, watching what it being used on your computer..
Looking up Sonic Gather battle cheat or cheats will kill your browser, It has been noted that the game has access to your web browser
“Ok, that sounds bad but–” BUT JIMMY…..
IT GETS WORST.
If, you happen to use cheat engine while the game is running, the game will freeze or crash, needing to restart. Upon starting up a level, the USA Sonic CD boss theme will be playing while the background will be red with red eyes showing up and watching, followed up by the game spawning ghosts that can’t be killed. Making a dead game.
BUT IT gets MUCH WORST.
Your IP via (“what is my IP?”) is sent to the game dev to be blacklisted, and when I said that the game knows what you are using, it checks to see what you have done in your browser. All of this is illegal, for a fan game. AGAIN, ALL OF THIS WAS DONE TO PROTECT CUSTOM SPRITE EDITS
From what I seen in comments, Having the game installed, and not cheating won’t keep you safe. I believe your IP is whitelisted but the DRM for this game is doing some weird shit in the background.
I heard that uninstalling the game, makes things worst. I don’t know how true that is… But I am not going to question it. And there is so much more I have not even covered yet.
After this has blewup, and word of mouth, spread like wildfire. The wildfire being controversy. Leemena has went into hiding, disabling Negative comments that mention the game is a virus (Which is true). I can’t feel sorry for them. This was not a mistake or a error. This was a choice that They made to add this DRM into a fangame, just to protect custom sprite edits…
They have been banned from SAGE, I seen somewhere that it was mentioned.
As a Indie game dev in training, this makes me sick for a few reasons.
1 is Sega. The reason why they are ok with fans making fangames is that they know fans will make shitty fans games or good fan games or even great fans. They know that their fanbase is loud and toxic but they have enough trust in fans to know they won’t pull shady stuff like this.
Granted, Malware in Sonic Fan games has happened once. But if, this happens again or more then once, sega may crackdown on fangames, if they start having malware, spyware or other shit.
2 If, you are a streamer, youtuber, reviewer, speedrunner, this doesn’t have any impact on you. It’s where the indie game devs or indie devs who are new, get the shit end of the stick. When people like, Leemena do shit like this. The good side of the community gets dragged through the mud. Each Negative thing will build up.
We want people to like indie devs, not hate them. We want to give people entertainment to love, not to hate. We want to have people to trust us, not question if we can be trusted. Look. Word of mouth spread fast, we don’t need people trying to steal info or give users virus. I have plans on being a indie dev and trusted. But if, things like this keep happening every now and then, I will have my doubts.
“those who fail to learn history are doomed to repeat it”
When the very first version of Sonic 2 HD (2012), there were reports of a keylogger within Sonic 2 HD (2012 version) BUT later was found the cause of the false reports, it was bad coding practices. Sadly, due to word of mouth spreading so fast, there was no way to get the truth out there fast enough
With Sonic Gather Battle, This was, again, a choice that Leemena made to add this DRM to this “fangame” to protect “custom sprite edits” from being ripped or “stolen”
This makes me not trust Leemena or Dan, and I never met them but UGH. I will be linking sources and videos that have more information.
If you find “Sonic Gather Battle” fangame, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS Game/virus.
Update: Leemena has deactivated their Deviantart account
Update 2: I hear this is his other account, not sure.
Here are old names you may seen. SoundofSonik, mlp_sonik, mlpsonik, sonikponymage, drkinos, sonikgamemaster, Sonikchan, Soniksama, Sonikmage, Sonickun360, aqwsonic360, sonic360AE.
These twitter names may ring a bell for you, if you known me on Twitter under these names, if so, you may notice I had a name change. I am here to tell you why I did it.
So, I had the name “Sonik” since 2009 and it has been a name that I made when I first got into Roleplay. People and friends called me Sonic, on AQW, and being me, I came up with the idea of replacing the “c” with a “K”, and Sonik was born.
To be honest, “Sonik” was a name I used only for Twitter Roleplay or Twitter RP. I had no real plans on using “Sonik” outside of Twitter, other than to RP with the name. Because let’s be real, “Sonik” is an OVERUSED name by a lot of people, and making a name for myself is not gonna happen.
And for the longest time, I have been trying to get a new name for myself, other than “Sonik” So, this name change is not out of the blue for no reason, this has been an on-going thing for years.
And the other reason is, I made this change to also distance myself from the Sonic speedrun community, Sonic speedrunners, Sonic streamers, and some speedrunners in general. I made an exception for a few people I follow.
I’m not very fond of the communities mentioned above, and they are not fond of me or rather, some of their members are not fond of me.
And I know wanting to distance myself from communities mentioned, sounds rude but lately, some communities feel toxic and less friendly, mainly, the Sonic speedrun community. I will leave it at that.
I want a clean start, I want to start over with a new name, make new friends, good friends, I have been given that chance to do so. And my awesome GF for the name.
I brought my friends along for my new adventure as I felt it was needed. They are my friends who are cool.
So, what’s next for “Sonik”? Nothing, Sonik is done, gone. There is no more Sonik. Sorry to say, the age of Sonik, is no more.
“I know/knew you as sonik, and you will always be Sonik to me”
I’m sorry that you knew me at the tail end but there is no more “Sonik” And I know some people have ties Sonic speedrun community, and I rather not be called Sonik anymore, There is no more “Sonik”
I wanted to make this post to clear things up and explain why this change was made.
Let’s talk about what is going on. I shall go into “great detail” with these topics.
Oh boy, can’t wait to make the internet mad with my silly reasons.
You can CTRL + F to find the topic you wish to view if, things get too long to read. :P
Table of contents
Ok, so, I’m sure 4 or 6 people noticed but my old twitter account @Soniksama is now inactive. I mean, it’s in the bio but people don’t read bios, that’s silly. Back on topic.
What does this mean for me? Well I’m fine and well. I feel pretty happy about doing this and making a new account. But I shall give my reasons for why I did this.
I wanted a new start
I wanted to start over on Twitter. I was not happy with the current account SonikSama. I wanted to have a do over and make a new name for myself, and distance myself from speedrunners and some people and toxic users
While I did have “friends” on the other account. My twitter was full of friends who left Twitter or couldn’t get back in. And the other side was people that followed me cause I was friends with someone else.
I like being followed, but if, it means being followed by people who are there, just to add a number to your follower count. I am the kind of guy where if, a friendship is not mutual in any way, it’s not worth having in my eyes. This is why I followed mutuals on my new account.
And I wanted to make new friends, my old friends, I have outgrew them
And I rather not be “known” as a speedrunner on my new account. I’m not too fond of speed running to begin with. I will talk about this, later on.
I wanted to re-brand myself as something else, using Sonik has got pretty old and it needs to be a change. And my Girlfriend gave me the best name.
I followed all the people who I have a mutual friendship with, and made one exception to someone who is not a mutual.
These are reasons that you will disagree with, but they are my reasons and hope you understand, if, not, oh well. I’m not gonna worry.
You might be asking “what’s the new Twitter account, Sonik?” Well, chances are, I’m following you. I am following people I trust, and are mutual friends.
There is a chance, I might have missed some friends. As long as you are still following @SonikSama on Twitter, I will be able to find you, If, you unfollow Soniksama, I’m not going to bother to look for you.
I have been more off then on with speedrunning games. I do see the point. Yes, you speedrun to test yourself, and see if, you can improve your skills and beat your time, and maybe beat someone else time.
I can understand the drive to be better, and that’s great. But this hobby is a mixed bag. Speedrunning can bring the very best out of people, and it can bring the worst out of people. A double edge sword
While I no longer care for speedrunning, that much, and their community, ugh, I will still do SRL races, and Individual Levels of games. Who knows, I may add speedrunning to my future games, but who knows
But I have to see what the future holds, If I do any speedruns, I will upload them to Twitch but I won’t put them on SRC, at least, the sonic speedruns anyway.
You thought I was gonna say something bad about speedrunning. Didn’t you?
Ah, this is something I lost interest in. I used to enjoy streaming to entertain viewers and chat with viewers, and other streamers. But as streaming gets more advanced on twitch, the harder it becomes to entertain viewers, let alone get any viewers.
I will give my reasons why I lost interest in streaming.
Shitty ISP or Twitch messing up.
There no one to really entertain anymore
I’m a small channel, I have no way of getting noticed or entertaining people
No one really watches, as most of the stuff I have done was done better by someone else.
I don’t enjoy streaming as much (After 5 years of streaming.. Damn, it has been that long), going from entertaining viewers to no one is a bummer.
“You should not worry about views, stream for fun” That used to work back in the old days of Twitch. Today, viewers seem to watch people speedruns, people rage at games, like fools, Social eating streams, IRL streams, and new game streams.
And the most common thing is Donation streams where people pay the streamer to watch freak out from bits or to donate for their “charity” Ugh.
It seems to be a common trend. Some shit is always going down. Twitch is full of nice people, but more than often, you meet the bastard who is nice but will stab you in the back later.
People assuming that other streamers are copying them, when they themselves copy others. Drama that happened with sunrose and someone else
Or disgusting is, people ganging up on those who were done wrong.
Why should I bother to stream when no one shows up? I can’t really compete with other streamers or have anything to offer that hasn’t already been done.
With the way Twitch is now, it’s hard for small channels like me to get anywhere. You have to stay relevant, in order to keep up on Twitch’s rat race. Yes, Twitch gives us the power to host to give small or big channels time in the light but it’s kinda worthless as it gets used on “bigger” streamers
So, to end this part, I will be doing 5 streams, assuming things go well.
Dec 5th, Dec 10th, Dec 15th, Dec 20th, Dec 25th And 31st as one bonus stream to end the last stream on new years
Game list below
Sonic Colors (if it works, and I can find it.)
Mario Kart Wii
crypt of the necrodancer
mighty switch force
Super Meat Boy
Once this happens, Any future streams will be for SRL races. But only time will tell how I will feel about streaming later in the future.
EDIT: I think I will take a break from streaming for a long while. :P
Boy. So I made a post about this topic. The main art for the hack is gone and level layout for Green hill Act one is, but it seems that levels that are edited will be wiped by some odd bug. So this hack is dead. It might just be a Special stage hack.
But it’s safe to say, this project is not gonna happen.
I been getting back into recording Let’s plays
Working on game dev stuff.
I have plans on making a Youtube let’s play Discord server.
